The Candoli brothers are very underrated in my opinion, they both are cold blooded, killer, demon, trumpet players!!!!
R.I.P. Pete get together with Clifford, Miles, Sweets, and all the rest of the trumpet players, and have a jam session! |

I was moved to hear of the passing of Pete Condoli. I will keep a good thought for all of you in the days ahead. This website is beautifully done and pays homage to two great musicians. Thanks for sharing the images in the photo section.

I was sad to hear that Pete passed away.
Pete and Conte were very close to my uncles, Joe and Ray Triscari...
Such a great loss...
Sincerely,
Joe Triscari |

One of my trumpet idols has gone. Thanks Pete for great music you thrilled me with over the years.. To quote a song, "In this world of ordinary people, extraordinary people, I'm glad there was you." Now, make that big band in heaven swing! |

Pete was an extraordinary musician, a wonderful human being and a generous contributer of music to our jazz band library. |

Sheryl,
Erin & my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of loss....just as yours were a couple of years ago when Erin was sick. You were so very thoughtful and kind in sending a written note along with our CD..
I know that Pete would not want unhappiness over his moving to a "greater bandstand". He would want the same happiness and warm thoughts he showed in every solo.
Bless you and your loved ones. Pete will be missed.
